Dry, Dry, Dry

By Rena Wednesday, October 15, 2008

It is snowing here in Idaho!  Besides the snow flakes, my skin is flaking!!!  I have a bathroom cabinet full of assorted natural soaps, (I've gone thru all the regular favorites) that I am currently trying, so I can find one that will actually help put some moisture back in to my skin!  I am a big water drinker, so its not like I'm dehydrated or something.  I'm just becoming a "Human Raisin"Surprised  I've lotioned and oiled and changed my laundry soap and fabric softener to a "Free" one.  I think I may be at the Moisturizing end!!!  HELP!!!

Thanks for your post Rena.  Here is a news piece for your review.  It might be repetitive for you - but thought it might be helpful.

Also - have you tried baby oil or some other kinds of oil product (Clinique used ot make one) that you apply when you are done in the shower but dorectly to your wet skin?

Just a thought.  All the best, sue (moderator)

I've found that a humidifier helps, too.
