My daughter is 14 and has very severe acne. It is so severe that her entire face just hurts and it is doing very little for her self esteem.  Since both my wife and I had bad acne as teens, we figure that we passed this down to her.  I did the Acutane treatment as a teen and it worked well and almost completely cured me. We are now considering this treatment for her. What other treatments would you suggest before going to this level of treatment?
