The title for this article was about how to decrease the effects of age without breaking the bank.  Every suggestion involved some sort of EXPENSIVE procedure done by a cosmetic surgeon or the like.  None of these fit the least expensive ways to stay young looking...avoiding sun exposure (sunscreen), not smoking, not have multiple rounds of weight loss and gain, eating well and drinking water.  While I do think that these tips are appropriate (for some people), the title should have been honest...ways doctors can help you stay young looking.  Many people don't have the $300/6mo to do Botox!
