small pink bumps

By JP Saturday, October 29, 2011

I have been reading all about the pink bumb epidemic. I have done some research and found a condition called " Pityrlasis Rosea" that sounds like it fits us.

It starts with one  big" mother" bump and a few days/ one week later all the other pink bumps spread on the legs. It itches worse at some times but the more you scratch the more it can spread.

It says it can take from 6-8 weeks to go away and it is not contagious.

It is very worrisome and annoying however. It says even if you go to a dermatologist there is no cure.

hope this helps us all. Mine started about a week ago so I hate to think I have 7 weeks to go!
