Hey there...

 

These are really good suggestions.  I just had a friend tell me that she fell asleep with her make up on and..she developed a really painful stye on her eye.  It just not worth it to not remember to take everything off before bed. 

 

Eating more healthy...this is the one I need to work on right now.  It is a process.

As a dermatologist, giving advice on a daily basis I agree with all your advice. I just wanted to add that this year the American Academy of Dermatology just changed their recommendations and state that people should wear an SPF of 30 daily.

I actually quit going to bed with make up on when I learned about eye mites. I also watch what I eat and drink. But I still you a great skin care system to help me feel work a million buck.
