hey im a 19 year old male and have been having itching red dots everywhere but my main problem its hit my penis and i have read dots but there not itchy on my penis but its now peeling and drying with cracks on the dry area my doctor said i might have liver faliure but im not to sure if that the reason well hopefully if anyone out there that can help me understand whats going on that would be sweet and to let you know i do not have stds

Your doctor is telling you that you have liver failure? If this is the case then you would be hospitalized. How are you being treated for your symptoms?
