my friend gets constant sores all over but mainly face

My friend is staying with me but she get these really bad sores on her especially face and leggs she doesnt seem concerned over it because she gets them all the time, the ones on her face are massave and would be extremely sore want to no what it is because I have 2 young children and I want to help her as it is quit severe. How do you deal with life?

I am a 20 year old student, full-time waitress and in a serious committed relationship. As you can imagine I have a boatload of stress. There are some days it feels manageable, and others I can't stop thinking about death and dying. I find that sunlight, walking and drinking water helps. What helps you deal with life's stresses?

small bumps

this morning i woke up with these little red bumps on one wrist and all over both my legs! they are very itchy! some one tell my how to fix this!
