Q: Why my ears always itching? Also, I have red spot symetrical over my body from ankles to neck.

I was in UAE working indoor. I developed some red rashes during my 5 years stay there. They started from my feet to knees. Gradually, they progressed from knees to hip area, then shoulders to back. They are very itchy and doctor advised me not to sratch them. I use cream but two or three days later they start itching. They disappeared but they come back on the same places. Some have changed colour and went dark brown and black....still itchy.

I will appreciate if any one can advise me how to get rid of them.

I don't have an answer for this, but I have a similar problem.  I get itchy bumps that often appear on both sides of my body in a symetrical way.  I have a bump on each hip, a bump on each thigh, a bump on each arm.  Very strange.  Being symetrical makes me think this is not from fleas or bed bugs, but must be some kind of allergy.  If I put a steroid cream on them as soon as they appear, they won't enlarge and get really itchy.
