Q: face irratation

Ever since i was in high school i have had a problem with what appears to be a rash on my face. It is never red and never itchy. There just tiny little bumps that are only noticable in the light. I have been using Hydrocrotizone 1%, and Altough sometimes i find great relief when using this product it no longer seems to help. I also have been using noxzema wich cools and relieves my skin. I noticed that when my face feels hot it seems to irratate my face even more. What should I do? Have you ever had anyone with this similar symptom?
