I've been having small red mosquito bite looking bumps pop up all over by arm legs and thighs

The skin become raised almost giving a ring worm like look and the proceeds to spread into bigger areas. I haven't had any of these occur on the face area, mainly thighs and forearms w/ some on my lower legs. They itch severely a couple times a day. No one else in my family have this so i'm…
