Q: Is curd good for the skin?

Is curd good for the skin? I applied vaseline but it;s too oily for my skin, so I applied curd on my face, and washed it off after it became dry. Is it a good method to make the skin glow?

John, curd (aka yogurt) contains lactic acid, a natural alpha hydroxy fruit acid that exfoliates the skin. So a face mask of curd is akin to a gentle natural chemical peel which can help to improve acne and skin discolorations.

Good luck,
