Q: my son has blister like spots on hisd hands,feet and bottom what are they please help

hi my 2.5 year old son has small blisters on his hands, feet,bottom and under his lip they are not bothering him in any way and he seems fine there are a few smaller ones on his legs and body but not as many i noticed them last night and there seem to be a lot more this morning does anyone know what they are
