She did get a shirt as a gift for her anniversary and it was from China. There has been news on products coming from China to wash first. She was not aware of this. She broke out in a huge rash. She hasn't worn it since then however. This was about 3-4 months ago. Her ras is on other parts of her body but not as severe. She is going bald now. Her head is one big scab. Do you have an idea of what could be the cause? She is a very hyper individual and stress could be one factor.  Please give us some insight.

It could be a terrible, out of control case of sebhorreic dermatitis which is caused by hormone imbalances or certain organisms.  she could try a salacylic based shampoo or a zinc shampoo (scalpicin or Selsun blue) and it sounds like she would need several applications over the course of a week to make a dent in this.  I think the China shirt is coincidental - and the dermatitis can also occur on other skin areas of the body - not just the scalp.

Why not get seen by a dermatologist just to get a professional diagnosis??

I had something similar and used baby oil and a fine brush until it disappeared. If that doesnt work you should see a specialist.
