For months I havr had extremely itchy rash on lower legs that develops into thickened lunps--turnig beige in colour over time--oldest area being a year old--Extreme itch--and have had corticone cream that has not helped--also used vaseline--area is not dry or flaky--

I am not a doctor but this sounds a lot like eczema. It sounds like you need to see a doctor or a dermatologist to get treatment which works for you.
