Sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to the tanning bed...much akin to a heat rash. Know that you are not alone in this...many of our questions here are about bad reactions from using tanning salons.
You might want to try some calamine or aloe lotion to reduce your discomfort. But you may want to visit the doctor just to make sure of the cause of your skin reaction.
The other thing is...you might want to reconsider going to tanning salons as the use of tanning beds can increase your chances of developing a potentially deadly melanoma by as much as 75% if you had begun your indoor tanning before the age of thirty.
