little water bumps that are itchy and then form a scab! what is it and how can I get rid of it?

Hello, 3 days ago I began to see little water bumps on a few areas on my body. a couple on my leg, stomach and chest. They are itchy and once I scratch they turn red and then a scab forms. I thought they would go away but instead I see more and more. I am not taking any medicine, have not changed...
