hihi. i have this problem too. A few days back I had sunburnt on face.. I went to put ice several times over my face.. the next day, my skin tightens and my eyes swollen, including my eyebag area.. when i pressed on it, its like i just store some airpac in it. it doesn't feel painful too. did you manage to soothe the swollen area?
