Experts say that exercise, massage and hydration can sometimes help a bit; caffeine-based creams have also been touted but they only provide temporary surface relief; deep tissue massage and vacuum (dermatologists/aestheticians provide these services) can help but you have to keep doing them; a self tanning cream can make it alot less obvious.

No great successful treatments for this one.

Ann, all cellulite treatments require maintenance as cellulite is a chronic condition - it's actually a normal pattern of fat deposition for most women. I've had the best results in my patients with an FDA-cleared treatment called Velashape, which deeply massages the areas of cellulite to break down fibrous tissue and fat pockets. Madonna and Kim Kardashian are amongst the many celebrities who swear by Velashape! For more information, visit www.velashape.com

Good luck!
