I have tiny sugar like grains on my face only.Don't know what it is.Please Help!

The only way i can describe it, is it looks like tiny sugar grains (colourless) on my face.

Please help! Would like to find out what it could be. I am 23 female. Not on any medication.Live in South Africa.

Kim - if possible get a dermatology consult since diagnosing and treating anything without visibly seeing the complaint is quite hard. Try using a non-soap cleanser (Cetaphil) and gentle moisturizer in the meantime - but get checked out.
