The only way i can describe it, is it looks like tiny sugar grains (colourless) on my face.
Please help!

Kim - if possible get a dermatology consult since diagnosing and treating anything without visibly seeing the complaint is quite hard. Try using a non-soap cleanser (Cetaphil) and gentle moisturizer in the meantime - but get checked out.
