Q: Red Bumps don't itch

My 7 year old son has red bumps with white heads on his hind end, genital area, behind his knee's, on his ankles, one on the bottom of his lip and now he has 4 white blisters on his hands.  But none of them itch or hurt. He has no fever or headache. Could someone maybe have a clue what this could be? He's going to the doctor but I was just trying to get a heads up on what this could be.

Sorry I was so late to answer - I assume a diagnosis has been made by now - sounds like a possible viral illness or moderate reaction to something.
