Hi,   You should discuss this with the laser specialist who is treating you. He / she may advise you to stop the Retin-A a few days before you have the laser treatment and then to wait a certain number of days after the laser treatment to restart the Restin-A. This is in order to avoid skin irritation or increased sun sensitivity during and after your laser treatment. The good news is that studies show that treatment with tretinoin (the vitamin A derived active ingredient in Retin-A) before and after laser sugery and chemical peels can actually improve your results from these procedures.   Hope this helps!   Dr. Hema
