Q: small red antbite-like bites on one of my legs? (Just appeared today)

I have developed a small number of tiny antbite-sized red bumps on my right  leg. I noticed it today from unconsciously itching them. They are only miniscule in terms of the itch factor, and do not even have any sort of itching sensation after my recent shower. I live with 2 roommates who own 3 dogs, so I'm thinking fleas or bedbugs might have been a general cause. They have just recently (a few days ago) received a flea bath, along with us dousing the carpet with flea powder, so I don't think they are currently still an issue. However, I have not washed my bed covers since before the cleaning. As a result, upon discovering these small bumps I immediately took all the covers off my bed and began washing them, and have taken a long shower.

What do you think is the cause and how should I take steps to make sure they go away?
