My boyfriend has these bumps or blisters above his private area? What is this?

These bumps itch and sometimes have some kind of puss in them..

Could be infected hair follicles, a bacterial skin infection or even genital herpes - he needs to get checked by a dermatologist or other doctor and treated and also share the news with you in case you need treatment as well (if you are a sexaully active couple).
