My boyfriend has these bumps or blisters above his private area? What is this?

These bumps itch and sometimes have some kind of puss in them..

my boyfriend down too and to be honest now i do too! maybe it carried from him im not sure but ima lil worried..i think itsfrom where your pants are where they rub against ur skin and you sweat and it creates pimples. thats what i believe it is. if u push on one does it hurt? if so, thats just a pimple and will disappear soon if not i recommend just asking a local doctor.
