I get red pimples that over time turn into black spots that won't go away? Help!!!!

I am 30 years old and still wake up with pimples on  my forehead, mostly chin area is full and cheeks as well. These pimples will then go away leaving brown/black spots that won't go away at all. My entire chin area is now black. What can I do to reduce these scars and even my skin out. Thanks.
