I have small slightly paiful to the touch red bumps that heal but not before i get more

I got about 8 little red bumps on my back then some on my fingers and toes and i pick them they spread ...they will heal quicker if u scratch them but ull get more there not on my body anymore but im oc about picking my acne and have spread them to my face they come up with in a cuple hour or a day if you pick one i always have healing ones and new ones come up every day im strait up freakin out will i have this forever there not pimples there not there just red and slightly hurt if pressed there oviously some virus or somthing i had them a month now w/ no luck clearing them up whats going on please help or pray for me its really depressing me...
