For two weeks, have had this extremely itchy condition. First started as a stinging feeling on left side of neck which became 8 itchy "mosquito bite" type welts that had a small fluid-filled center. This spread to the left clavical area, then down the left side of my ribcage. Now it is progressing down my left arm; mainly on the inside. The original areas on my neck are just about gone. All outbreaks are preceded by that stinging feeling. 20mg Prednisone, Benadryl and topical steroidal creams do not help. What is it?
