I noticed a few bumps on my inner arm that looked like mosquito bumps that darken and dry what is it

A few days ago I noticed one bump on my left inner part of my arm that looked like a mosquito bump but the next day it darkened and scabbed. Then I noticed about 12 of them on my right side and 2 more on my right inner arm. They dont itch or burn however im now noticing alot of break outs around them and a few on my legs. What is it?

It could be a skin reaction or allergy, a virus of some kind, or some other skin process. Get it visually checked out by a dermatologist since I can't see what's going on and skin diagnosis is quite difficult without a direct examination.
