I got stress exzema when I was in the hospital(110 days-nov to feb-06-07)for acute, chronic pain. It has only gotten worse, & with it the exzema. I use hydocortisone 1%. My daughter-who is embarrased to be seen with me-wants me to put moisturizer over the cream, to hide the exzema. She also thinks I should do do it all the time. What is your advice?

I'm not sure how the moisturizer will hide it ulness it's tinted moisturizer or unless you mean that keeping it moist and hydrated minimizes it's "rough, red appearance."  Cetaphil moisturizer is a great moisturier for people with eczema - and yes, you can use hydrocortizone cream and a moisturizer.
