my skin gets really bad once i go into hot and humid enviroment and better in air conditioned area.what should i do as i have to work in hot and humid enviroment.

You may need a several product dermatology regimen, possibly coupled with oracea or Bacitracin (antibiotic therapy) if you have to work in an environment that rpomotes the acne.
Also carry oil blotting papers with you and make sure you have a good cleansing regimen and are using the right makeup and moisturizing products for this acne prone skin.
