I have acne on me back, neck and chin for the past few months now but don't know the best way to try and get rid of the back acnee. I am using the an-blemish 3step from clinique for my face.

They are big and seemsto just be on my upper back in a line and where my bra strap is. I wonder is it caused by sweating.

I do believe it is the combination of sweat and bacteria that is getting trapped - you might switch to cotton sports bras or just cotton bras - clean under the straps during the day with a mild soap and Proactiv is another good regimen - any salicylic or benzoyl peroxide preparations should help though if the lesions persist - you might need an antibiotic orally as well.
