ive been useing minocin and retin a for a month and my skin isnt getting better!! why?

when i was on holliers i unfortuntaly caught impitgo and i was put on meds for that but i went 2 a dermatolgist because my skin wasnt great any way!! ive been takeing minocin and been putting retina on my skin for about a month and i dont c any improvement infact its makeing it worse i would never of had this bad skin so i dont no what 2 be doing r if this is what its supost to be doing?? makeing i worse b4 better?

Yes, sometimes it gets worse before it gets better and if there is a staph infection the Minocin should do the trick but it can take days to weeks to resolve. I think its reasonable to get re-checked and assessed.
