I have a rash that seems to llok like bug bites but I dont see any bugs and is spreading please help

I have a rash that seems to look like bug bites but I dont see any bugs and is spreading pretty fast to other parts of my body it started at my ankles and seems to be working its way up my legs it has progressed to my upper thighs and buttux in one day. please help the bite marks itch like crazy…
