I was born with eczema and have it really bad. I'm seeing a dermatologist tomorrow.

Can anyone please tell me what he/she will do?

Will he give me a full body examination or just look at my arms/hands etc.

I'm quite nervous so any advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks, have a good life!

Sorry I am a bit late answering - I assume the visit with the doctor has occurred and I assume that he simply asked to see the affected areas and took a good history from you ,including whether other family members have the eczema.  He then probably offered you steroid creams, or other local treatments in addition to giving you some general advice about showering, moisturizing and other skin care info.  I'm sure you'll be glad to get some relief.
