i am 20 years old and i have had these pimple like blemishes on my legs and arms for as long as i remember. hard white caps or somthing comes out when u squeese them and somtimes they itch. they have never went away and most of the time they dont itch but they are not very appeling.

Hello
Please know that I am not a dermatologist.
If I could guess...I woult suspect that you have body acne. Acne can occur anywhere on the body. Sometimes friction of clothing combined with sweat can produce pimples on the body.
