Dear Friend, I went to the Dermatologist last week and experienced something simular. Always broke out into red bumps and rash like, itchy and always scatching. He told me it was a form of Eczema, He also ask me what kind of soap i used i told him dove products, He replied me not to use it. However came me solution cetaphil products, the soap, face cleanser, and veseline deep conditioner moisterizer lotion for the dry skin. these products seems to help the rash it's almost gone. He might subscribe a antibotic cream as well. And their is another secret to go to the ocean if your near one and  sit in the salt sea water all day when you come out the rash will go away along with the bumps.
