Hi there
I am wondering if you are either unresponsive to the creams you are using or if they are possibly worsening your condition? It is possible in some cases.
My son has eczema and one of the triggers for his condition as well as hives and other rashes has been food allergies. This may or may not be true for you. He was found to be sensitive to multiple food products including gluten.
You may want to go back to your doctor or dermatologist and ask about these symptoms. You may also wish to investigate asking about allergies. Sometimes allergies can cause all sorts of symptoms and it can be difficult to treat unless you know the cause.
Here is an article I wrote about what to do about unexplained rashes.
This Family Doctor site also has a chart about symptoms and possible causes.
Your best bet, however, is to see your doctor to assess what is going on.
I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.
