Q: every time i go in the sun i break out in bumps on my chest and arms do you know what this is?

the bumps are not red just flesh colored itch a little started having this problem about two years ago only happens when im out in the sun i also get what looks like blood under the skin spots on my legs when im taning

Just so you know...I am not a doctor. 

 

I think if this is happening frequently that you may want to see your doctor about this.  I would guess that it is a reaction to the sun and that you have photosensitivity. 

 

Here is some information about photosensitivity from The Merck Manuals on-line.

 

Are you taking any medications which could increase your sensitivity to sunlight?  And are you using sunscreen? Do you ever experience heat rash due to heat and humidity?

 

I would refrain from tanning as this causes skin damage and increases your risk for skin cancer.  And particularly for you...it seems that you are sensitive to sunlight. 

 

Check with your doctor on this.  And protect your skin!  Thank you for your question.
