Q: I had a bad reaction to a facial hair remover cream

I used Nair Facial Hair remover.  It said to leave on for 5 minutes and then gently wipe away with a soft damp cloth. After about 3 minutes my face started to burn really bad so I immediatley started to remove the cream.  I looked like I had a horrible sunburn and my face felt like it.  The redness has mostly gone away now, but my face is really dry and  rough and I have some acne. What would be the best product or treatment.  I am 45 years old, but i have mostly ok skin, sometimes dry sometimes oily.

Thanks
