I have several red bumps on my hands mostly on my pointer and thumb fingers.

I have been in the sun the last few days, but I have used sunscreen and was very careful. I do have a sunburn, but I do not have the bumps anywhere else. They are itchy. I have very sensitive skin, and I have to be careful about what products I use. I have not changed anything. Any ideas?
