can i see pictures of skin cancers vs spider bites?

i have had spots and definite skin abrasions that have not gone away in over 5 years. some are red spots that look like freckles that never change, others change and when shaved off bleed a very deep deep red blood and take a very long time to heal. when pouiring hydrogen peroxide on them , they just burn and bubble for hours. please help

You need a dermatology consult to diagnose exactly what these are and to offer you some treatment options. Hydrogen proxide may be causing more harm then good and if indeed, these are serious lesions, taking care of them properly, sooner rather than later is your best bet.
