What lip care products are really good for my lips? Most are addictive and make the problem worse!

I've had a terrible habit for years, I pick my lips whenever I'm stressed or nervous. I've tried every lip balm you can imagine to provide relief and they all seem to make my lips even more chapped and uncomfortable. I need something that will repair them, not make them so uncomfortable that I pick...
