i recently got a tattoo on my ankle..and a few days later i started itching a little above it on my right leg...when i itched it i recieved these red bump that became extremely painful and swollen..and the head of it turned white...now its been three weeks and ive still been recieving these bumps i dont know what it could be...[please help

Sounds like a serious allergic reaction or an infection (possibly from inadequately sterilized equipment). You need to see a dermatologist or general practitioner ASAP.
