Hi Maria,   Thank you for your question! Tretinoin removes the top layers of your skin, so it's important to give your skin time to fix itself before undergoing microdermabrasion. Depending on how long you've been using the tretinoin and how thin your skin has become will determine how long you would have to wait before having this type of treatment.
