I am sorry this is happening.  Have you called the doctor yet?  I am not a medical professional so I cannot give you medical advice.

In researching your question I am going to guess that perhaps one of two things may have happened...one may be that your daughter is experiencing some sort of allergic reaction to the medication or she has a secondary infection which spread to both eyes.

Here is information about Sulfacet Sodium and they provide this warning:  "Do not touch the dropper or tube opening to any surface, including your eyes or hands. The dropper or tube opening is sterile. If it becomes contaminated, it could cause an infection in your eye."

I think your best bet is to contact the doctor and see what is recommended at this point.  I hope things get better for your daughter soon.
