Q: How to deal with skin that changes throughout my cycle?

Normally, my skin stays very clear. My t-zone (forehead, nose, chin) gets a little shiny after a long day, and my cheeks are always too dry, but there's no breakouts. Then, without fail, every first day of my period I get a few huge pimples right in the same area on the sides of my chin., which take at least a week or two to go away. What's up? Do I need to alter my skin routine at certain times of my cycle, and if so how?
