Q: Hard, raised flesh coloured lump on surface of skin on chest. Grown considerably in last 4months.

About 4 months ago I noticed a small (4mm) flat, rough (almost like a flesh coloured scab) area on my chest. It was a little itchy and irritating.

My doctor prescribed me Fucibet cream and didn't think it was anything to worry about. Since then it has grown and is now a very raised, flesh coloured hard lump on the surface of my skin on my chest. It is about 5mm in diameter and protrudes about 2mm. It is now very itchy and sore. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
