I got these tiny little clear blisters on my fingers, I never noticed them before except one day I used a lot of bleach, but it wasn't the first time I came in contact with bleach. Some of the little blisters went away but some got bigger and red and kind of painful, they finally went away and now they have just came back, but I haven't used any bleach or anything else out of the ordinary. The big blisters are leaving scars also.
