Hello. Normally don't ask questions on health sites, but I haven't really found anything that fits my description. I have been noticing small, pale-to-clear raised bumps on my upper arms and armpits for a while now. Usually there are only one or two noticeable ones at a time, and they are fleshy and don't hurt. I passed them off as acne for a while, but they don't appear to be acne. I've read a little bit about KP, but nobody mentions the scattered, raised bumps I describe. Any thoughts?

My best advice is to stop driving yourself crazy by looking on the Internet and go seek the opinion of a doctor or dermatologist. Rashes are something you cannot diagnose over the Internet. You have to be seen by a doctor.
Do you have these bumps anywhere else on your body? Are you allergic to anything? Are you using any new lotions, cleansers, soaps, detergent, etc? Are the bumps itchy? Are the bumps under your arms possibly caused by shaving? There is also a condition called Vitiligo which causes irregular white patches of skin.
It could be anything. If you have concerns you need to see a doctor or a dermatologist.
