my 4mnth old has pimple like blisters all over his body. it started on his forehead and back of neck

it has now spread to the rest of his body. its not fleas bed bugs or any other kind of bite. it doesnt seem to be itchy but he is sleepier than usual.

Could be any one of a number of viral rashes or an infection so even if he is fever free I'd get it checked out with the pediatrician IMMEDIATELY.
